Description: |
The proposal includes the
installation of a Yurt and a composting "Thunderbox" WC on the land
adjacent to Robertsbridge Community College. |
|
Comments: |
I strongly object to this
planning application. Reasons listed below: no access for the disabled to
yurt or “Thunderbox” no prevention of runoff onto residents property from
sewage soak away or other contaminates during extreme rain events
contaminates not tested for and removed completely from site lack of a
security proposal for site or adjacent resident’s access path which ignores
potential for anti social behavior occurring on site when not in official use
yurt has potential for inappropriate use as a permanent residence lack of
protection for residents from sites potential future misuse no plan for
security of site especially important when not in official use no end of use
plan for clearance of “Thunderbox” and yurt |
